Staff Hunters is in search of a Payroll Assistant to fill a contract opportunity with a Client on the Seacoast . This contract is expected to last through 2021 with the potential of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate. In this role your duties will include data entry, running payroll reports, processing expense reports and PO tracking. What your day will look like as the Payroll Assistant:
- Data entry
- Running reports in Excel and Access
- Process and record purchase orders
- Assist with collection accounts
- Follow up on missing time cards
As the Payroll Assistant you will be successful with:
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
- Attention for detail
- QuickBooks Pro Desktop (preferred)
- Proficient with Excel and Access
- Positive can do attitude
