Tech Support Representative, Entry Level

Are you tech savvy and like to help people? Staff Hunters has partnered with a local company on the Seacoast to find a Tech Support Representative to provide their customers with a high level of customer satisfaction via phone, email and/or online chat. If you are a detail-oriented person with a positive can-do attitude this is the position for you! Previous experience is not required, just a great positive attitude and a willingness to learn. What your day will look like as the Tech Support Representative:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer questions via phone, email and/or online chat.
  • Foster customer relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service. Understand the customer’s needs, wants and work to create a solution.
  • Utilize effective listening and communication skills to identify customer problems, needs or opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities when possible.
  • Research issues and follow up with the customer in a timely manner to provide them with the information.
  • Data entry using multiple platforms.

You will be successful with:

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical aptitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent thinker with a strong technical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
