Staff Hunters has partnered with a local Financial Institution to find a Branch Manager. Our client is committed to providing superior customer service to the communities they serve in the Seacoast region. In this Direct Hire opportunity, you will be responsible for the successful operation and daily oversight of the Branch. If you enjoy reviewing market trends, comparing competitors’ products/prices and being involved in the community this is a great opportunity for you!

As the Branch Manager you will be successful with:

  • 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager
  • Strong computer skills and detail oriented
  • Professional communication style
  • 5 years of experience in retailing banking
  • Experience with coaching and training

What your day will consist of:

  • Training and coaching new hires/current employees
  • Participate in meetings and programs to stay active in the community and keep current on industry trends.
  • Provide daily oversight of branch operational functions.
  • Oversee branch cash ordering and cash records, sign official bank checks, maintain records of authority.
  • Analyze branch activity and provide continual process improvements to enhance sales, customer service and other efficiencies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure procedures are followed to reduce potential risk to the bank.
  • Build relationships with customers to grow sale of Bank services to both new and existing customers.
  • Delivering superior customer service.
