Q: Do candidates have to pay a fee for Staff Hunters’ services?
A: No. Candidates never pay a fee for using Staff Hunters’ services to find employment. We are compensated by our company clients when one of our candidates fills an open position at their organizations.
Q: Once I submit my resume for a position, what happens next?
A: Once you submit your resume, you will be contacted within 24 hours by one of our staffing professionals (if submitted on a weekend or holiday, you will be contacted on the next business day).
Q: What should I bring to my first appointment with Staff Hunters?
A: You should bring your resume, a photo ID, and your appointment calendar with you on your first appointment with Staff Hunters.
Q: What should I wear to my first appointment with Staff Hunters?
A: While it’s highly unlikely that we will send you on an interview with a client when you initially meet with us, you should still be clean, well groomed, and wear appropriate clothing. We recommend that you dress as though you are interviewing for a position.
Q: When will I know when my resume has been submitted for a position?
Staff Hunters’ policy is to only submit you to a position with your permission. That way you will know exactly what companies have seen your resume and you are in control of the process.
Q: What is a “field employee”?
A: Field employees are temporary employees that are placed on short- or long-term assignments with clients, yet are compensated through Staff Hunters. Please see our Field Employee Handbook for policies that affect field employees.
